people experience infertility in their lifetime¹
47%
of employees with fertility challenges don’t tell their manager or HR²
Fertility is a shared health issue. It affects women and men, it takes a real toll on physical and mental health, and it shows up at work far more than most employers realise. Yet 40% of employers have no formal fertility policy and no plans to introduce one², and most support only begins once something has gone wrong.
For National Fertility Awareness Week, Hertility and Malebox Health are bringing together clinical experts to help HR, Benefits and People Leaders understand fertility, its impact on their people, and what good support looks like.
